- Training;
The Unit is led by Ghanem Nuseibeh, Founder, Partner and Director at Cornerstone Global, who has extensive experience working in the built environment, being responsible for the design and design management of projects of several billion pounds in value around the world. His doctoral research on the management of sustainable buildings in rapid delivery projects provides a bench-mark to help organizations committed to sustainability in the built environment achieve it with optimized value and minimal disruption. Ghanem can draw on a highly experienced team of practitioners in the built environment who between them have experience in over 50 countries and over 100 year of expertise, designing and managing some of the world’s most challenging projects.
Our ethos of delivering our clients holistic services that enhance the value of our contribution allows us to draw on the expertise of our other units, such as in the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility, Health, Social Media and Technology, Risk and Hazards, or others as may be required. This not only helps put projects in the built environment in context, but also contributes to seamlessly delivering greater long-term value.
In addition, through our partners, we work with developers and master developers as well as lenders to develop bespoke models to manage property portfolios. This is facilitated through our expertise and knowledge of local markets: we have developed forecasting tools that do not rely on cash-flow models to estimate future returns (reliance on cash-flow models being a common error that has contributed to many property crashes).
