We are well positioned to provide global reach through our team of experienced professionals and are currently engaged in a number of projects around the world.


Cornerstone Global Associates’ capabilities in the global healthcare space include:

  • Strategies and plans for public health initiatives in developing countries;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for implementing specific programmes in the health industry;
  • Coordination of parallel (inter-agency) projects;
  • Branding and communication for the health sector;
  • Logistics and supply chain management;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of projects.


The Health Services Unit is already engaged on a range of projects in the UK and internationally, for example with the National Health Service, World Health Organization, Marie Curie Cancer Care and others.

Work in the United Kingdom is led by Peter Horn, Senior Consultant, who has an outstanding track record working with the UK’s National Health Service and Department of Health. He was responsible for setting up and running a number of NHS trusts. As director with the Department of Health, he advised ministers on health policy.

The unit’s international work is led by Dr Greg Martin, Partner, who has extensive experience working on projects with the various health organizations around the world, including the World Health Organization. He has worked in various locations around the world across Africa, Asia and Europe.

Former British Minister of State for Public Health and Senior Consultant with Cornerstone Global Associates, Gillian Merron, is available to work on international health projects outside the United Kingdom (due to her recent former ministerial position, she is unable to provide consultancy on health projects in the UK at present).

Our ethos of delivering holistic solutions ensures our services create optimal value drawing on, as necessary, from other units and members of Cornerstone’s team. This has been very successfully demonstrated on a number of projects, most recently with the National Health Service, where Lucian Hudson, Partner and Managing Director at Cornerstone led Cornerstone’s work with the NHS End-of-Life programme.
