Cornerstone Global

Lucian Hudson is leaving Cornerstone Global Associates at the end of April, after two very successful years as Partner and Managing Director. He will taking up a new senior appointment which will be announced next month.

Lucian will be handing over to Alan Anstead and Mark Somos, who will respectively be Director of Strategy, Policy and Communications, and Interim Managing Director.

Alan and Mark both worked closely with Lucian whilst at Cornerstone, and Alan was also working with Lucian at the FCO. 

Alan has a distinguished career, haveing been at the UK's Foreign Office and Department for International Development, and as a senior career diplomat. He is one of the UK's leading experts on strategy and communications, working with public, private and non-profit sectors around the world.

Mark is a distinguished political scientist and holds a PhD from Harvard University. He has published extensively and has worked with businesses and public sector organizations in Europe, the US and the Middle East. Mark has been a Partner at Cornerstone since 2009. Prior to becoming Interim Managing Director he served in diverse managerial roles in the consultancy sector as Co-Founder of Frangford in 1997, its Director in 2007-10, and as Political Capital's Head of Political Risk Forecasting Division in 2007-8.

Both Alan and Mark are Partners with Cornerstone.
